How It Works
Choose the Talent Card membership tier that best suits your business - Gold, Silver, or Red & White - and complete your membership application. Submit your business information, financial details, and the products or services you intend to trade within the Talent Trading Programme. Pay the applicable membership fee securely by bank transfer, based on your selected membership tier.
Once your application is received, Worldshine Lanka conducts a comprehensive verification of your business credentials. Upon successful approval, your Talent Card membership is activated, your business profile is created on the platform, your products and services are published within the Talent Trading Platform (TTP), and your blockchain-based reputation profile is established.
Add your products and services to the Talent Trading Programme Marketplace and set your pricing in Local Currency / Talents, where 1 Talent = 1 Local Currency. Your assigned Trade Coordinator will actively promote your offerings, identify qualified buyers, and connect you with verified businesses across the Talent Trading Network.
When another verified member purchases your products or services, a Talent transaction is initiated through the platform. The system automatically verifies available credit limits, authorizes the transaction, and generates a digitally authenticated Trade Voucher, providing copies for the customer, the merchant, and the Talent Card (WSL).
Make payments quickly and securely using QR codes. Simply scan the seller's QR code, enter or verify the Talent amount, review the transaction details, and confirm the payment.

Every completed transaction is validated through smart contract technology to ensure compliance with platform rules and trading policies. The transaction is then permanently recorded on the blockchain ledger, while your Talent Account is automatically credited for sales or debited for purchases. Simultaneously, the administrative dashboard is updated in real time, ensuring complete transparency and accuracy across the network.
As your Talent balance grows through successful sales, you can browse the Talent Trading Platform (TTP) and purchase products or services from other verified members using your accumulated Talent credits instead of cash. This enables businesses to acquire what they need with no interest charges and no fixed repayment schedule, creating greater financial flexibility.
As you actively participate in the Talent Trading Programme, you accumulate Bonus Points based on your transaction volume, compliance with TTP policies, business relationships, and the quality of products and services exchanged. At the end of each financial year, eligible members receive dividends in cash, Talents, or a combination of both, according to their membership tier.
As your reputation score and trading performance continue to grow, your available credit limits increase while your visibility throughout the Talent Trading Network expands.
