Talent Card provides two commission scenarios and an additional blockchain purchasing option.

Scenario A

Buyer Has Earned Talents (Loyalty Reward)

Members who have earned Talents by selling products or services can use their existing Talent balance to purchase from other members.

• Pays Seller: 100,000 Tt + Rs. 18,000 cash VAT
• Pays Talent Card: 2% Talent Commission (2,000 Tt)
• VAT on Commission: Rs. 360 cash

Total Buyer Fee: Rs. 360 Cash + 2,000 Tt

Loyalty Benefit: No 5.5% cash commission is charged to buyers using earned Talents. This encourages members to sell first, earn Talents, and enjoy lower cash commission costs when purchasing.

Scenario B

Buyer Has No Talents (Credit Line)

Members without earned Talents can purchase through a credit line issued by the Wholesale Ledger, subject to approval.

• Pays Seller: 100,000 Tt + Rs. 18,000 cash VAT
• 5.5% Cash Commission: Rs. 5,500
• 2% Talent Commission: 2,000 Tt
• VAT on Commission: Rs. 1,350 cash

Total Buyer Fee: Rs. 6,850 Cash + 2,000 Tt

This allows members to participate in the Talent Card trading ecosystem without first accumulating Talents through sales.

Scenario C

Blockchain Discount Option

Instead of using a credit line, buyers may purchase Talents from the blockchain marketplace at available discounted prices.

Buyers can use purchased Talents to complete their transactions without paying the 5.5% cash commission associated with the WSL credit-line option. This creates additional demand for Talents and offers buyers an alternative way to fund purchases.

Talent Card Commission Model - Seller & Buyer Fee Structure

Talent Card follows a structured commission system where sellers always pay the standard commission, while buyers receive different commission terms depending on their Talent balance and purchasing method.

On every Rs. 100,000 trade, the standard commission is 7.5%, comprising 5.5% cash and 2% Talents, plus 18% VAT on the commission.

Members with earned Talents pay only the Talent commission.

Loyalty Reward: Members who sell first benefit from reduced cash fees when buying.
