An Easy Recovery System through Talent Trading. TalentBank introduces an Easy Recovery System designed to provide commercial banks with an additional mechanism for selected loan recoveries through the Talent Trading Programme.
The concept connects the debtor's products or services with buyers within the Talent Network and uses the resulting trading value as part of the recovery process.
How Recovery Works
Commercial banks submit selected debtors. Talent Card reviews what those businesses produce, introduces qualified buyers across the network, and credits the resulting sales value so the bank can recover through trade - not cash alone.
The outcome
Outstanding balances are reduced through successful trade activity, while the bank can use accumulated Talents for purchases inside the Talent Trading Programme.
The Process
1The participating bank submits selected debtors for consideration under the Talent Trading Programme.
2The debtor's products or services are analysed to identify areas where loan amounts could potentially be set off through their business activity.
3TTP introduces buyers for the products or services offered by participating debtors.
4The value generated from those sales is credited to the relevant debtor's bank account in Talents at TalentBank.
5The participating bank can use the value available through the recovery process to make purchases within TTP.
